Ingredients

  • 400 gm paneer
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  • 2 onions (paste)
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/4 tsp kastoori methi
  • 2 tsp mango pickle( just masala)
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped

 

Method

  • Cut the paneer and keep aside.
  • Heat oil, add ginger , garlic and red chilli paste, sauté for 2 mins  add onion paste   and sauté till it starts leaving the sides of the pan, add  tomato puree.
  • Cook for 2 mins.
  • Add all powered spices, salt to taste, kasoori methi and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add in the paneer and mix well.
  • Add the pickle masala. Cook for 1 min and serve hot.
