Kadhai Paneer

Ingredients:
Paneer or cottage cheese 250gms
Capsicum 1 large or 2 small
Onions 2
Tomatoes 2 pureed
Ginger paste 1tsp
Garlic paste 1tsp
Cream or malai 2tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Red chilli powd. ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Kitchen king masala 1tsp
Butter 3Tbsp

Method:

Slice onions and capsicum lengthwise. Take butter in a pan heat it add cumin seeds and fry add onions into it for 2 mins till they are light brown in color. Add capsicum and stir fry for 1 min.
Add tomato puree to the pan. Cook, till the oil seprates to it.. add ginger and garlic paste to it and stir for 2 mins.
Add red chilli powder, salt, kitchen king masala and stir for 2 mins. Add ¼ cup water to it stir and let it boil. When it starts boiling add paneer cut in to big pieces. Stir for 1 min. cover with a lid and let it cook for 2-4 mins. Remove the lid stir lightly. Turn off the gas. Add 1 ½ tsp of cream to it and stir lightly.
Garnish with cream .
Serve hot.
