Lobia Salad

It is a very healthy salad as it is rich in protiens, fiber, vitamins and minerals and does not contain a single drop of oil , still it is not boring or tasteless, infact very tasty. every body in my family loves it.
Lobia 2 cups soaked over night
Onions 2 small chopped
Tomatoes 2 small chopped
Green chillies 2 finely chopped
Cucumber 1 finely chopped
Apple 1 finely chopped
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chat masala 1tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Green coriander for garnishing

Put lobia in a pressure cooker, add 1 cup water and salt . cook on high flames for three whistle and then on slow flame for 10 min.
Now remove the lid and transfer the contents in a big bowl. Mix all the chopped vegetables and all other ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
