Russian Salad

It is a very healthy and nutricious reciepe from russian cuisine, but we all love it and now its cooked in our homes too.
Ingredients:
¼ cup green Peas
¼ cup Carrots (peeled, small cubes)
¼ cup Boiled Potato (peeled, small cubes)
¼ cup Cucumber (peeled and small cubes)
¼ cup Tomato, finely chopped
¼ cup Red Apple, small cubes
¼ cup Pineapple, small cubes
2 tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Mustard Powder
2 tbsp white sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise (eggless)
¼ tsp Black Pepper powder
Cilantro for garnishing
Method:
Boil Green Peas and Carrot pieces
In a mixing bowl, combine white sauce, Sugar, and Mustard Powder. Mix well. Then add all vegetables and fruits. Mix up well. Add Mayonnaise and mix again.
Sprinkle little Black pepper. Transfer to serving bowl and refrigerate atleast for half an hour before serving. Serve chilled
