Spicy Corn Salad

American (sweet) corn kernels 2 cups frozen or fresh
Red bell pepper (capsicum) ½ chopped
Green bell pepper (capsicum) ½ chopped
Butter 1tbsp
Salt t taste
Pepper to taste
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Wash corns properly and keep in a strainer.
Heat butter in a pan. Add cut bell pepper and sauté it for some time, now add salt and pepper and tomato sauce , stir fry and then add corns mix well and cook covered for 5 mins. Turn off the gas and add lemon juice. Serve hot.
